This week Liz and Vince discuss the unexpected silver linings of the pandemic.  While most of the conversations surrounding the quarantine have been overwhelmingly negative, if you look closely enough you will find endless silver linings. 

Despite being unexpectedly thrown into homeschooling, Liz’s family has never been more connected and present with one another. Although gyms are closed, Liz has found unique and creative ways to stay active and is feeling healthier than ever thanks to free online fitness resources and daily family walks. Although Irie Kitchen is temporarily closed, Vince has been given the unique opportunity to rest, relax and recharge. A welcome change from his typical 16 hour workday as a chef and restaurant owner. The list of unexpected benefits goes on and on.

Simultaneously, Liz is now juggling homeschooling her two young boys giving her less time to manage her growing business. 

On the other hand, Vince’s restaurant, Irie Kitchen, has been forced to change their business model to takeout and delivery only, almost overnight.
